Bewilderment and enlightenment are determined by our own minds.

迷失与觉悟，都由我们的心来决定。

We both bind ourselves and liberate ourselves.

束缚我们的是我们自己，解脱我们的也是我们自己。

If there is sunlight in our hearts we can see light in the depths of darkness;

心中有太阳，半夜里也会见到阳光；

 if our mind is in shadow we will see ghosts in daylight.

心中有阴影，大白天也会见到恶鬼。

Virtue of mind and thought leads to heaven.

一念善心，是通向天堂之路。

Wickedness of thought and mind is the road to hell.

一念恶心，是通向地狱之门。

It is our mind that determines whether we become mortal or immortal, a Buddha or a demon.

成凡与成圣，作佛与作魔，觉悟与迷失，都取决于我们的心。

Most of all, as we live in this world, it is critical that we look after our own mind.

所以，人生在世，至关紧要的，就是千万要看管好自己的心！
